SSEWA-Pak:The Society for Safe Environment and Welfare of Agrarians in Pakistan ‘SSEWA-Pak’ has been
working nationwide since 1975 serving people in need and particularly focused in southern
parts of Sindh province of Pakistan. SSEWA-Pak is a registered charity under Societies Act and
Economic Affairs Division at Islamabad.
SSEWA-Pak is certified by PCP, member of CHS, member of Keeping Children Safe, member
NHN and enlisted with Provincial Disaster Management Authority Sindh.
SSEWA-Pak specializes in sustainable community development through self-help groups, food
security / livelihood models, WASH and DRR interventions through partnership models.
SSEWA-Pak has more than 4 decades of rich experience of implementing emergency relief,
rehabilitation programs, community development and research projects.
We have worked with CIDA, UNICEF, CRS, CWS, Kindernothilfe Germany, ICCO Netherlands,
Rabobank Netherlands, Tearfund UK, TEAR Australia, PIDSA, Concern Worldwide, and Friends
in Formation Canada in the past.
